2. Data we process

When you create an account we process your email and an encrypted version of your password. For billing, Stripe processes your payment data (we don't store cards). As a service, we store consent records from your sites' visitors (anonymous identifier, accepted categories, date and user agent), on your behalf.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to provide the service (contract performance), manage billing (legal obligation and contract) and send you operational communications. Keeping consent records is based on your legitimate interest in being able to demonstrate GDPR compliance.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for the applicable legal periods. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Processors and third parties

We use providers such as Stripe (payments) and our transactional email provider. They all act as data processors with the guarantees required by GDPR.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rovi95@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
