DSGVO-compliant cookie banner in Germany (2026)
If your site has German traffic, a cookie notice is not enough. DSGVO (GDPR) and TTDSG require informed consent before non-essential cookies, and reject must be as easy as accept.
Practical checklist: (1) analytics/ads scripts blocked until click, (2) Consent Mode v2 with signals denied by default, (3) consent logging, (4) cookie policy linked from the banner.
